Called them up to have a faceplate repaired in my Proceed AVP2 but first the tech wanted me to send the unit so he can take a look at it. I took of the two detached pieces from the face plate and asked him how much he would charge to glue them together. Then he came back with the excuse that he thought my AVP2 was somehow different from all the others and will have to do some research and wanted a credit card on file before he did any research and then he would tell me if he could fix it or not. I talked to Harman international and they said all the AVPs were identical and there was no way mine was any different. So essentially the tech was either mentally challenged or was trying to just make a quick buck doing his so called 'research'. So I can imagine how much he would charge me to actually 'fix' it. These guys are something to stay away from. Pros: Nothing Cons: Con artists
