Businiess name:  Royal Inn Oriental Cuisine

Review content:
I am a native of Taiwan. I have been living in San Antonio for 13 years. Authentic chinese food is hard to find in SA. Royal Inn surprised me with their food, but you must order off the menu (in Chinese! Just kidding, the owner is fluent in English). He likes to be called ""Ah-Shu"" or ""uncle"" in chinese. He will fix you up a feast if you give him a couple of day to buy the supplies. Make a reservation and tell them you want to speak with ""ah-shu"" (uncle) and that you don't want the Americanized Chinese food. You want the authentic chinese food. The steamed fish was awesome. The special beef was great. The squid was out of this world. The curry chicken was delicious. The pea shoots/greens stirfry was earthy and tasty. ..you won't be disappointed. If you are a Sweet and Sour, fried rice - kinda eater..., then don't bother.....go to your nearest Panda Express, you will be happier. (BTW, bring at least 6-7 friends because it is a 8-10 course feast usually). Bon Appetite to the Foodies..... Pros: authentic chinese Cons: americanized chinese food customers
