Review content:
This is probably the worse apartment I have ever lived in. I have only lived there for 4 months (military) and I originally gave them the military waiver document as a deposit. I was restationed and had to leave fort hood and also had to give back the military waiver document to the ones that gave em to me...So I went to the leasing office and they told me that even if I had to leave in a couple of days, the only way I could get back the military waiver doc was to give them a deposit of 350 (said it will be given back once the apartment was turned over to them). Ok, i gave them the 350 basically to buy back my military waiver, hoping i would get it back the moment I turned over my apartment...I never got back anything and instead had to pay them $195 more when I left because of their stupid charges.....they said they had to repaint the whole apartment (charged me a $150)...which by the way is unreasonable as the apartment looks like brand new.., clean out the apartment ($15/hr for 5 hours which is $75)--which by the way was totally cleaned out before we left...my husband and i spent the entire night (up to dawn) cleaning and even scrubbing the bathroom, apartment was totally emptied as we hired movers to do our moving...so i asked them what is there to be cleaned in this apartment as it was spotless...the lady replied: ""the mini blinds were dirty)...i told her those are brand new (literally)..and she said well there are still dust and had to be cleaned...but mini blinds alone was 5 hours of cleaning that they charged....and they also made me pay $100+ in water bill that they just estimated..no actual bill, another $75 for carpet cleaning...i was so mad that i just didn't say anything, paid them and left...i will never recommend this apartment... Pros: near the base, near shopping Cons: rude management, rip-off
