Hi Ken, you're the MAN! And Ryan and Ronnie are the Dream Team of K&M!!! The crew is so nice, polite, professional, and just down right PERFECT! The finished product is beyond words - my carpet is about 10 years old, had stains that the previous cleaning company couldn't finish the job but Ryan and Ronnie got them out effectively and in timely fashion. At first I was concerned about the strong chemical but I was so wrong, the carpet smells wonderful but not overwhelming! I love it so much that I couldn't wait to do this survey just to say Thank You! Sincerely and Best, PT
