Review content:
This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. There was nails all over the carpets when we moved in and nothing was ever fixed as it was promised. They have a cockroach problem and there is a lot of violence in the neighborhood as well as tenants who are in gangs. If you try to get help from their management company (Royal T Management) they will not return your calls and treat you like an idiot. Needless to say this place is a real dump.
Pros: a few nice neighbors
