Last night was the second time we tried JMs, the first time we walked out, meals were not right and the first, of 4, came out at least 20 minutes before the second-that's when we left after talking to the manager. Last night, we told the waitress when she took our order of our past experience, ordered a burger, asked for it rare, it was absolutely burnt, I mean charcol, inedible. They left me with the grease soaked fries, which were terrible and brought another burger. Not quite charcol, close but not a hint of pink, way overdone. It was also served with about a one inch thick hunk of lettuce-presentation was lousy. Again I couldn't eat it either. I can't believe they let a product out of the kitchen looking that bad let alone over cooked for the second time. (they did take the burger off the bill, but I didn't get to eat!) No reason to try for strike three...
