Review content:
I went for a first time ever tanning session and pay up front for a series of 3. After the first 20 minute session on a specialty bed that supposedly monitors your skin tone to prevent burning, I came out with an itchy butt. I foolishly didn't realize this was the first sign of burn. Next day, second session and I ended up with a fried backside! I asked for my money back and was told ""that's not our policy."" I flew 10 hours to Hawaii and it was no pleasure getting up repeatedly to reapply my burn salve in the plane's bathroom. These folks either don't know what they're doing or their machine doesn't work. I suggest you ""watch your back"" and go someplace where they stand behind their work. Cons: unprofessional!
