Dr. Berent is a great doctor - to the point, honest, and understanding. Some of the staff, however, can make it a not-so-pleasant experience. Namely, the woman who works at the front desk. She is nosey, condescending, and sometimes just plain rude. When she is being nice it seems completely fake and sometimes I feel like she is treating me like I am in kindergarten but I am in my 30s. But once you get past her, the office is not a bad place to be - reminds me of my pediatrician - being in a very small office with artwork from Dr. Berent's wife on the walls. They're never late and usually can get me in the same day I call if I am sick. Pros: good doctor, on-time Cons: some staff
