Review content:
I saw a dress on-line that I loved for my daughters wedding. I contacted the manufacturer and found that only 4 stores in PA were shipped this dress. My daughter called Sterlings and confirmed that they did have the dress. When we arrived after a 3 hour trip we were greated by a salesperson. The dress happened to be on the first rack when I walked in. She carried the dress to the dressing room for me and then left me on my own. I had to ask for it to be zipped and clipped so I could attempt to see how it looked. I told her I wanted to look around before I made a final decision and she immediately asked me what my budget was and told me that the only dress under $500 was the one I had on and a few on the sale rack. I was walking around the store looking at the other dresses when the sales associate said to my daughter ""where is your mother? She needs to take that dress off so I can sell it"". We did take the dress off and we left the store. No need to purchase from someone with attitude. In addition they marked the dress up $65 above suggested retail. Maybe it is OK to treat the wealthy with attitude but it is not OK to treat the hard working middle class with attitude. My money is as green as the next guys. I will take my business elsewhere.
Pros: beautiful dresses
Cons: Attitude of staff
