I have done business with the Jewelry & Watch Doctor for over ten years. During this time, I have purchased, restored, and sold jewelry without any problems. The owner, Lorenzo, has always been reasonable, fair, and knowledgeable about jewelry costs and repairs. I have sent several customers to this business over the years and all have been pleased with their work and customer service. I trusted this business with a ruby watch that is over 60 years old to repair the band and fix the stem. It is rare to find a businessman that you can trust but I have found that with Lorenzo and his employees at the Jewelry and Watch Doctor. I will certainly do business with them again and appreciate their efforts and honesty and I highly recommend them as a reputable business.
