this is th worst company ever..My bills are high ...the company reps if you can call them that will not answer phone calls after 5:00 and when they turn off my water (my bills are paid) because my neighbors renters did a midnight move i had to wait until the next day when someone might come out by 3:30 to fix their mistake !!!!! now i am missing a day of work due to no shower ....kid home from daycare due to no shower....and no one to pay for this situation but myself ...I have never herad of a utilites company not having 24 hour a day on call technicians ....the rep that was on the phone sounded like he was to busy playing video games to listen to what i was telling him ....and said call betweeen 8-5...15 times during our conversation ..is this what you spend my $$$ on ....
Pros: sometimes the water is clear ....i said clear not clean
Cons: you have no choice !!!
