When looking for a car, visited Autobaun and Mortiz. Had a specific price point in getting a 5 series with specific interior. Gary at Moritiz really worked me a great deal and added additional Ipod connection at no cost. Since it was a pre-owned car, it had several issues that were fixed immediately. They have always proveded me with a loaner, which is a huge deal, when I brought my car in for service. Also, once filled the gas tank. :o) Plus, my car and the loaner they give me is always sent thru the car wash. So, yes the CAR WASH is back!! So far in my two months, they have taken very good care of me and look forward to purchasing another from them.
Pros: Gary in Sales is exceptional and Service has been Great!
Cons: Service is somewhat slow

First I went to a Mazda store in McKinney, where they flat-out lied about what they would sell me a car for over the phone... drove all the way there, and they said 'oh, that's plus the window-tint, pinstripe, blahblahblah'... went to a Mazda store in Denton, SAME EXACT THING!!! I went to Fort Worth and Mesquite (yes, I drove everywhere) because I had a specific car I wanted. The folks at those stores just didn't want to help me. I told them my credit wasn't great, and they ignored me. I finally called Hiley in Arlington, and they promised they wouldn't play those games. I didn't believe them, but they actually didn't play games! They even got me approved at the lowest interest rates because my credit really wasn't that bad. They treated me with nothing but respect the whole time, and we completed the whole transaction in about an hour. The owner's son greeted me, and actually sat & talked with us for 15-20 minutes. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and he personally brought us all soft-drinks & gave us his card with his direct line.
I have never had a better experience buying anything, much less a car, and I will never shop anywhere else but Hiley in Arlington.

Don Davis was by far the most pleasant dealership we have ever step foot in. From the very get go it was all smiles and handshakes. They know how how to treat their customers. We have bought several cars throughout the metroplex. Not once have I ever enjoyed the process as much as i did over there. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We finally found a place where you feel like a part of a family. It feels good to know someone is out there looking out for your best interest. We were so blessed to fall upon this place. The have a gentleman by the name of Todd Bigham. You owe it to yourself to visit him he is amazing. We love him.

After being turned down by David McDavid Acura in Plano, since they would not even negotiate the price with us without us showing them the cash first, we left and drove over 60 miles to Arlington to go to Vandergriff.
We were greeted with courtesy, and the buying process was very easy. We told them what we were looking for, we told them we drove a long way, the sales guy went back to the manager, came back with an OK on the price, we paid, and drove the car home.
Easy, no hassle car buying experience. Highly recommended!

We just bought a new Honda Accord from this dealer and the sales lady Anna Lane was EXCELLENT!! We went to 3 different dealers in the area and none of them was as helpful and willing to get us the car we wanted as this dealer did. We are very satisfied with service. We even bought an extented warranty to 100000 miles at a good price. Highly recommend using this dealer for your next new car.

If you read my other post on Meador Chrysler, you will get an idea about the problem I had with my Jeep. Well, when Meador was rude and could not help me I brought my Jeep to Tommy Manuel.
They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep. It turned out I had bought a Lemon and after one year of ownership the transmission failed. The people at Tommy Manual spent 3 months working on my Jeep nonstop. They put in 8 different transmissions (aftermarket ones turned out to be a piece, but since they no longer produce Jeep Cherokees, they did not have any factory transmissions) before they got it running again (we all joked that the Jeep was posessed). Everyday they kept in contact with me and everyday they reported what Chrysler Warranty was telling them. If it was up to the dealership they would have given me a new car...but the Warranty People at Chrysler had them put in $10,000 worth of transmissions instead!
Since that fiasco (and yes my Jeep runs fine now, like brand new in fact!) I have only dealt with Tommy Manual. They really know what they are doing there and won't mess around with you. Have all of your Warranty work done here...and Buy a New Car from them while you are at it!!

we recently purchsed a vechile from the nissan dealership and I would have to say (this is the 4th car I have purchased) my salesman was of the no pushy type. We did the usual haggeling but the rest was basically up to us.
It took us a week to decid on what car to purchase and our guy did not cal to bug us once..
What an experience.
Makes car buying actually pleasant.

I love this dealership because they are more helpful than pushy. They seem like they really want to make sure you get the deal you need. They have good prices and are very easy to deal with. If you are just looking they will let you look without jumping all over you. You can go here during business hours rather than waiting for a Sunday to look.
