I recently had to bring Ace in to see Dr. Welch, he was having terrible diahrrea, his eyes were swollen and red and he looked like he was uncomfortable and he was itching. As it turns out he was having allergies. Dr. Welch was wonderfull to us, she even had the assistant call and check on him the next day, thats better than my doctors office. The receptionist even helped me out to the car with the food when we were done. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!

I have my leather shoes, belts and purses cleaned and repaired 2x a year. And every time I bring them to this shop I am pleased.
I have had boots cleaned, heels replaed, polished.
My louis vuitton purse cleaned, he has replaced the inside zipper on a coah and gucci bag of mine. He has drilled holes in mine and my daughters belts and every time superior craftmanship and service..
And great prices too..
The only place i bring my leathers too..
He has also replaced insoles on no leather tennis shoes for me to.

So far I haven't purchased any furniture from Hemispheres, but I have purchased quite a few accessories or home accents. Although the prices may be a little higher than some other stores I think they offer things not found in a lot of the other furniture stores or home decor stores. I have been very pleased with every item purchased from Hemispheres. I absolutely love looking around in the store and have gotten great decorating ideas. The store offers sales and if you're a smart consumer you can just wait until they're offering a sale and save 20-50% which makes most items very affordable and a bargain in some cases. I would not hesitate to recommend Hemispheres for someone looking for quality home furnishings.

I had my pool refinished by AAA Ballance pool. From the first meeting Randy Ballance really to the time to explain my choices. Checked the referances that were provided, checked out with great feed back. Even went to look at a completed project. We were defantly pleased with AAA Ballance's work! Randy Ballance, and he's help take pride in there work! Great job guy's

This review is a rant! I cannot talk about the defex shipping side since I did not utilize that service but I can tell you about my horrible experience at the copy center. I should have know to go to my Office Max, but no.... This was just off the freeway on my way home. I needed 3 documents for my thesis defense, very important documents, copied on special paper. I did not have a copy, I had my flash drive with me. The first person ask me when I would like my 3 copied completed by? What? 3 Copies? I told him now and gave him specific intructions, 25% rag 20lb weight, white, and 3 of them. I also wrote the specifics on a post it. Ok a very unhappy looking employee waved me over so I could tell her what I needed off my flash drive, I show it to her and again told her my specific needs.
Almost 10 minutes later they called me to pick up my papers... They were copied on regular paper. The 1st clerk tells me sorry, then asks for my flash drive again, the other clerk still looking unhappy waves me to the back, is this dejavu? So I tell her my needs again, then I wait and guess what???
They did it again, regular paper.
I need these pages for original signatures and they kept messing up.
So after 20 minutes wasted, I left and went to Office max, where I told the gal what I needed and she gave me my documents on 25% cotton rag, 20lb and happily charged me 40 cents.. Ah Kinkos don't knows their paper!
