I tried out this jeweler after reading all of the reviews here. Unfortunately, my experience was not so good. Upon entering the store I explained that I needed a ring removed and resized. The owner was very rude and stated ""We too busy!"" She then stated without even looking at my ring that it would cost over $200 for a resize. I was flabbergasted and walked out. I went across the street to Ballard and Ballard jewelers and was treated VERY nice. They removed my ring for no charge and will be returning in a week to have it resized for less than half of what this store tried to charge!
