busy signal. finally i get through and am greeted by a hurried"" I have bigger fish to fry' personality. asked general questions regarding residential service 9(contract? costs? enviromentally safe?) Never got any answer, she was too busy too serve a customer. imagine having signed a contract with these people and no way out of a contract when you are greeted in this fashion. avoid frustration from the start. Use another company. one that is happy to have customers becasue without a customer they would have no business (Fischer hasn't learned this yet).
