I called to set an appointment up at Bubbles based on speakingwith afew girls at the local nail salon. When I called I said I have short hair, A-Semi and would like it highlighted and cut - the girl set me up with Shannon. She was very nice, polite and fun to talk to! HOWEVER, when I got home and did my hair (as most of us do after we get it cut), I noticed that my hair was completely UNEVEN on both sides! I'm talking a CHUNK layer on one side and the other which is supposed to be at an angle, was straight back and layered very unevenly.
