Businiess name:  Darla Teaches Yoga

Review content:
I love Hot Yoga Here?s unique style. I?ve been to the other ?hot yoga? places and they weren?t my style. (i.e.: not hot enough, or overbearing style of instructors). Over time, Darla has become a friend as well as my favorite instructor. I used to get upset when I couldn't do my yoga class because of scheduling, heavy work load, or whatever. Then, Darla taught me that a Yogic Life is about balance of ALL things. Darla was showing me this by having her priorities straight herself and was bettering herself to give us a more-rounded yoga teaching. I used to be the typical Type-A, over-worked guy. But oddly enough, this yoga teacher showed me that I wasn?t honoring myself, my family, or my spirit. Even my yoga class was ?on auto-pilot?. So now, if I can't make a class, it?s my opportunity to ?get out of my rut? and surprise one of my friends with dinner, take a walk with a loved one, call my nieces and nephews and get reacquainted. Thanks to Darla for bringing out the best in me! Pros: Best teacher and instruction, awesome total bodyworkout Cons: Only one of these exists!
