Review content:
I brought my car in for some rust repair, body work for some minor dings, and a paint job. They quoted a fair/competitive price for the project and set to work. When the job was finished there were some dings around the car that were missed before the new paint was applied. When pointed out, the service mgr. said they would take care of the issues and inform me when finished. A few days later, I arrived to pick up the car. I was pleasantly surprised to see that each of the issues mentioned was corrected and the paint job looked great! I think that the true measure of good customer service is how a business responds when things do not go perfectly. Champions Collision Center did a great job at recovering and delivering after an initial "bump" in the road.
