Review content:
I haven't bought a new car in a while. I detest the typical car buying experience. On this occasion I dealt with Mr. Pratt and could not have been more satisfied. I told him what I wanted and with which options. He didn't try to upsale me and we agreed on a price. There were no trips to the ""managers office"" or other games like that. He found a car and while it was being delivered we did the paperwork. Guess what? No surprises. Everything was as we agreed with no ""problems"" that turn up later that cost you more money. There was not a single sales trick pulled, which I appreciate as I have no tolerance for the usual game. If you are in the market for a Ford or Mazda, I would definitely recommend Mr. Pratt. Best salesman I have ever worked with.
