My dermatologist actually referred me to Celibre. He was using an IPL for my Acne Rosacea and dry skin and I was not improving. I did not get my hopes up because I have tried a lot of treatments. My skin always looks chapped and nothing has been able to improve it. What I liked about the approach was that Lori, my nurse, did not start me on the laser treatments until we went over everything I was using on my face first to determine if something could be making the dryness worse. I was using a lot of products and we eliminated a few of them before starting the laser treatments. Three months later, I am happy to say that my skin has improved by leaps and bounds. The dryness and cracking is gone (maybe because of both the products I eliminated and the lasers) and my skin looks much fresher and younger with no irritation. I am sticking to a maintenance program of laser treatments every couple months to keep my skin looking the way it is now and I would recommend that to others with Acne Rosacea.
Pros: Time spent with nurse (Lori)

I recently moved to the OC and desperately needed a hairdresser. I have naturally blonde hair, but as the years go by it is getting darker. I started highlighting my hair about 10 years ago. I tried a few places since coming to Orange County, and it seems each hair dresser made me way too blonde-which I thought made me look harsh and my hair brassy, or yellow. I explained the difficulty I had experienced with prior OC hairdressers, and Jennifer recommended a highlight and low lights as well too bring my hair back to a more natural look. All I can say is WOW!!!! She did an amazing job. I will refer her to all of my friends--and wanted to put a review on CitySearch as it was through this site I found the Salon Rebelle, read the reviews and decided to call and make an appointment with Jennifer.
Pros: Cute salon, great area (Orange Circle), nice staff, and Jennifer is awesome!!!!
Cons: Some may think a bit pricey, but well worth it, believe me!!!!

We were a little hesitant to try this restaurant after reading a few of the negatives. Sure glad we took the risk. It was last Saturday, so they were busy. We had the 12 oz Filet and the Short Ribs. Along with that we tried the Crabcake and French Onion Soup. Everything was wonderful. Best crabcake and Short Ribs we have had. Service was very good, bartender made us feel very comfortable and we choose to enjoy nour after dinner drinks in the bar instead of the table. Wonderful, romantic evening. We will certainly be back!! If you are in the mood for Filet or ShortRibs or crabcake....you need to try it. The ambiance is far better and much more comfortable than Ruth's Chris, by far!
Pros: Filet, Short Ribs, Crabcake, French Onion Soup, cocktails
Cons: wine list, and a little pricey

I visited this place on a friday night and the atmosphere was great. I loved their margaritas and their mojitos are the bomb. Apetizers can get pricey but are worth the extra buck. If you waiting for a movie or just want to relax and have fun this is your spot
Pros: Their drinks and taste of apetizers
Cons: Pricey

Wow, what a find! You cannot eat better tasting food at a better place anywhere. Had an outside table on a Sunday afternoon recently and we were completely satisfied with everything that we ordered. Latin style coffee was perfect, Cuban sandwich was delicious, black beans with rice, fried plantains and chicken was spicy and very flavorful. Can't wait to get back there again. Visited some of the many antique shops nearby and then sat down for a truly delicious meal. Don't miss out on this gem of a place!
Pros: Selection was large, portions more than adequate, prices fantastic.
Cons: Got crowded very quickly.

I've been to Koji's both at The Block and in Hollywood. While I enjoyed the ambience at both places, I liked the layout at The Block better. The servers are very courteous and I never had to wait long for my food to come. My family and I always order the Meat Lovers combination with 3 choices of beef. What I love most about Koji's and why I give it 5 stars is because of the sauce you dip the meat in. It is nothing I have ever tasted before. Very delicious and original.

I had been skeptical about this restaurant before because I have never seen it crowded at all during the day. But oh boy, I was wrong. I just went there for dinner on Friday and it was packed. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, I finally got a table. I had the traditional pad thai and the sweet sticky rice with mango for dessert. Pad thai was a mind blowing dish. The softness of the noodle is just right. The combination of sweet and sour tastes is great but I wish it was a bit more spicy. I love the way they decorate the dishes with colorful veggies. Also those little sugar, salt, pepper bottles are really cute. I wish I could take them home.
The ambience is great. The walls are green and chairs and tables are white, giving very homey feeling. Restroom is clean unlike many other Asian restaurants in the area. The prices range from 6-10 dollars and given what you will get, this place is a ?steal?. Good for lunch and dinner. Great for a couple on a casual date too.
Pros: Pad Thai, Pad Thai and Pad Thai
Cons: A bit crowd for a long line

Great down home feel, comfortable environment! From the moment my boyfriend sat down we felt like we had been welcomed back home by family. The drinks quenched my boyfriends huge thirst which is quite an impossible task given the fact that he is a professional extreme sports athlete. The free peanuts are definitely a cool idea and you can toss them on the floor when your done, which made me feel quite rebellious! The fixins' are a great (we had mashed potatoes, an bitty bits' salad with THE best ranch i have ever had, and macaroni and cheese) and I find it hard to believe that you can get FREE second helpins on such tasty sides!!!!Anyways our server was David, who was very outgoing and friendly to both my boyfriend and myself, and he had really cool tattoos too!!! I must say that this is a very unique place where you shouldn't rush through your dinner and get out the door, if you want that go to Dennys. I hear that they even have a "country night" where they have live bands/musicians come in and play. Our overall experience was great and although it is a bit of a drive for us we will gladly make it on a weekly basis to enjoy our new favorite bbq joint!!
Pros: Down home feel, Free seconds!!
Cons: Peanut shells stuck to my shoes! HaHa!

Definately one of the best bookstores I've ever been to. Their stock goes way beyond the best seller list. It's an excitement to shop there. The staff are very charming as well.
