Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite sports bar. I have been a regular since the 80's when they were known as BW3's. I have been to well over 20 different locations (Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Virginia, etc.) and wherever I've lived, I've always made it my regular hangout, especially to watch a big game. I love the bar food, the beer selection, the massive TV's to watch the games and the NTN Trivia. So when I moved back to NYC, I tried to find one close to me where I could watch the game on a big screen. I have been to this location about 15 times AND EVERY SINGLE VISIT, THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. The tables are always dirty and we always have to get up and walk to the bar to order at least one round of beers by ourselves...but the attitude of the staff is what really makes this place the worst. They act like you're bothering them when you ask for service. It takes them forever to recognize you when you come in and by the time you get your food, it's cold. I have been there when whole sections of the restaurant were closed off and groups of employees are just hanging out gossiping and have still had to go to the bar to order rounds of drinks. I think the problem is management has either hired people not well suited for a service industry or has not trained them to pretend they care. I have given up on this place...which is saying a lot since I'm such a fan. I wrote a letter to the owner and head offices in MN about this place. They offered me $100 worth of free food and drink to return. I refused. THIS IS THE WORST BUFFALO WILD WINGS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. The one in the mall over the Tappan Zee is better as well as the Port Chester location and the ones in CT.
