Review content:
This place is way overrated. I was dining at a P.F Chang's in Dallas and the food was not really Chinese food. Needlesstosay I was very disappointed in the quality and lack of flavor. This place is made for the typical American that has never had real Chinese food and therefore thinks that is must be wonderful. I can understand the Chinese-American fusion of cuisine and I can say that it is nowhere to be found. The ambience was average and is probably the only thing this place has going for it along with its hype. I wouldn't waste my money or time waiting for a table at this establishment again. Put it this way, the food at a local Chinese buffet is better than what they serve up. It was very disappointing.
Pros: ambience, price
Cons: crowded, bad food, loud
