My expereince is with Act 1 Personnel Service in Raleigh, NC, you have to fill out a whole lot of paper work, you have to do testing as though you are back in school and through out this long process they never call you back. So I called the office on numerous occassions and they never returned my calls. One agent I kept asking for specifically, she is either never there, busy, or she never returned your voice message. I even emailed them and they never responded. This time I called and I got one agent to assist me and she was very rude she said the unemployment is very high now and she was very negative towards me, she mentioned that the reason why they are not calling me because I don't have the specific skills what some employers are looking for on the contrary I am well versed, I have several degrees and I can speak more than one language. The staff at Act 1 in Raleigh act as though they will help you but in acutality they really don't and I think the president needs to assess the overall staff that she has employed because they are rude and very negative. That was my experience not everyone's experience is the same.
