Kennington was very rude to me. How clever of her to make sure no one else would hear the mean things she was saying to me, by confining her comments to the time we spent alone in the exam room. I wanted my husband to come in and witness the way she was treating me, but I was not given the chance. Out of the blue, she started antagonizing me about my eyes (aren't doctors supposed to be compassionate, and help their patients?) and again because my prescription wasn't current, which was why I was there in the first place. I've never known an eye doctor could be so mean! She went ballistic for no apparent reason, spouting invective like a volcano, and suggested I go somewhere else because ""not all people get along"" (or words to that effect) --- when we were already halfway through the appointment! How does she stay in business? I doubt I'm the first person she has treated that way. Cons: Very Rude
