This place didn't look too great based on its location, so it took us a while to go try it. But boy was it awesome. We started off with with Ahi Bowl (or Ahi Tower, I forget the exact name), and it was unbelievably good. The sushi was the right temperature, fresh, and beautifully presented. Atmosphere inside was also very nice. We like sushi and have tried a few places in Austin since moving here, and this has been by far the best.
Pros: Great food, great happy hour prices
Cons: Location

We have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. They offer family meals, which for us has actually fed more than the menu listed. Their Sicilian Fire Sticks appetizer is the bomb! We order it every time we're in here. We like everything we've tried on the menu so far. We haven't tried any dessert as of yet because we've been to full for it. We enjoy eating at this restaurant and are repeated customers.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

My husaband and I celebrated our 1st, 2nd, 4th and now our tenth anniversary. Main Street Grill had taken care of everything including my husband's request for rose petals and candles on the table. We were in the vault which is the prefect place for romance and celebration.
It was fabulous! A memory for the ages! It couldn't have been any better.
claire :)
Pros: Tenderloin was fantastic
Cons: none!! Absolutely none!

Went here last night after reading all positive reviews. Got seated and served drinks right away. Then got the usual basket of chips (they were warm!!) and great salsa, but also a few of their homemade tortillas. EXCELLENT! I got the Panchita and hubby got the chicken fajitas. Both were outstanding. The chicken has this unique smoked flavor that is out of this world, the guac was super fresh and delicious, and did I mention the tortillas?? Check out this place. You will not be dissapointed.
Pros: Best tortillas and guac I've ever had
Cons: Its not right next to my house

Wow! 3rd time I've been there and it was wonderful. I took a date there for a Sunday lunch and she very much agreed that the food was incredible. She said that her parents love Cajun food and that she was definitely going to bring them soon. We started out with the Smoked Boudin and she had a salad. The Boudin comes out with about 6 half sliced lengths nicely presented on the perimeter on a bed of fried onions with a spicy ranch sauce for dipping in the middle. Oh so goooood. I had a bowl of Seafood Gumbo with 2 huge crab claws as a topper. You basically grab the claws by the edge and slip the juicy meat right off the tendons before diving into the heaping bowl. The next bowl I had was the Crawfish Etouffee! The base was incredible and my date couldn't resist the spoonfuls that I fed to her with my own hand. All she could say was, "Oh my God! Yummmmmy!" and "That is soooo good!" She had the Fish Ray which is a fresh Tilapia Filet delicately seasoned and broiled. She let me have a couple bites only! You will definitely enjoy this place, with it's cold beer and Bayou attitude.

I've been a happy frequent customer of Gumbo's in Round Rock for several years. The food and service have always been excellent. I often dine alone and the waitstaff takes the time to make me feel like I am a valued customer, even if I'm only one person. The owner, Shuler, always greets me whenever I visit and I enjoy taking visitors out to eat there. The patio and music outside is fun. Round Rock needs quality white table cloth restaurants and this is a good one. But really, though, people should dress appropriately to dine in a fine eating establishment. Shorts and flip flops are not welcome EVERYWHERE.
Pros: Excellent food, service and ambience
Cons: Inappropriately dressed guests

I have been to Zorba so many times, both for lunch and dinner and the food is always great!...delicious, hot simply too good.....HOWEVER there is only one thing abt this place...for dinner the entree prices here at almost 15$....n the ambience is seriously not for a 15$ dish...If they are charging 15$ entree I would have expected decor etc....so for a dinner for 2...be prepared to shell 35$.
Pros: Great Food
Cons: Poor Ambience, too pricey for dinner considering the way the place looks

My wife and I have enjoyed the food everytime we have eaten at any Saltgrass. This one is special as we have celebrated two recent anniversaries at this location and there is just no better steak I have ever eaten. The garlic mashed potatoes are awesome as well. The service, food, atmosphere are all well worth the visit. You won't be disappointed!!!

recently told to check out this place in (of all places) round rock. this is THE BEST SUSHI outside of sticking your face in the ocean. i travel to japan frequently for business and can say this place must have smuggled back some talent. they have people who actually speak japanese and know the food! i found the prices were comparable to others in austin. the service was good and very friendly. went to another place last week called beluga just to see if this round rock thing was a fluke...goto origami.
Pros: best sushi in austin area
Cons: in round rock
