Review content:
Having lived in Vienna for a while, I have been scouring the city for a genuine Austrian place. Wallse is a beautiful, elegant restaurant with wonderful service and a WONDERFUL Austrian wine list - the menu is fine - to be honest, I just don't want to spend that much money for a Wiener Schnitzel, gussied up or not. The food was fine, but not quite worth the prices - however, the wine (again) was just amazing. We ordered a bottle of Pichler Riesling from Durnstein - a place I stayed in Austria - and the waiter, who wasn't even the sommelier, knew the exact hill that the vineyard was on where the wine was grown. (It was also the best bottle of Riesling I have ever had outside of Austria.) Pros: wine list, staff, atmosphere Cons: not the most exciting food
