Review content:
After buying a Groupon for Nails by Roza, I decided to give it a try. I now wish that I would never have wasted any of my time. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a nail salon.
Not only is there no marking on the building that she is located in, but when I called to get clearer directions, she was very rude. I spent ten minutes on the phone with her, and when i finally found it I was very relieved. I went inside the building which looked exactly like a place that I would go for a doctor's appointment. I went to a room on the second floor. I opened the door and she tells me that I have to reschedule my appointment because I was late. I felt that this was extremely rude to say because I had spent ten minutes trying to find an unmarked building.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks sketchy (for lack of a better term) and Roza was incredibly rude. For a first-time customer, I was appalled that she would treat me this way. I returned my Groupon and i am never going to give her one cent of my business ever again.
