Roza is so great, the nail salon is so pretty ,and service are so sweet. I even don't know how to explain these to u . Just try her, so fantstic. She does the best French Shellac Manicure and she has so many Shellac colors. Also her new light machine is great it is dry Shellac polish in 30 seconds. more

My beautician recommended Roza. She is very professional and serious about her job. When scheduling her appointment she makes sure she is not overlapping appointments. Each client is given the same professional care. I have been very please with the service that I received and would recommend her to other friends. more

I just started going to Roza and I could not believe how long my nails looked like they were freshly done. She is very professional and clean. A lot of shellac colors and she is using new UV LED light to dry shellac. I never saw this machine anywhere else. And for the same price as the places with less experienced people. I purchased a Groupon for Nails By Roza and my appoitment was yesterday. This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. The place is an absolute dump! I should have turned around the moment I walked in. Roza barely spoke English and she was dirty. Here fingers were bloody and her tools were not clean. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a fungal infection in a few days. The health department should definitely shut this place down. She doesn't even have you wash your hands before she starts. She rubbed this messy lotion all over and it dried on my hands. She didn't even wash it off before she started applying the polish. There were only a few shellac colors to choose from which was dissapointing. She barely covered each of my nails with polish. When I left the place the first thing I did was stop at a nearby restaurant to wash my hands. It was disgusting. This experience was so horrible this review doesn't even begin to touch the surface. I bought a Groupon for Nails by Roza to have a Shellac Manicure....I felt like I was going into a abandoned Building....It is not a store front nor is the actual ""shop"" tranquil or relaxing like others had mentioned. There are 4 or 5 seats in the unorginized waiting room....Books and magazines everywhere. When I finally got into the seat to get my nails done, it was very cluttered. The nail tech rushed the process but ""claimed"" the shellac would last me at least 2-3 weeks. After leaving that filthy place...I notices that the paint on some of my nails werent even covering the whole nail!! You are professional and ""claimed"" to be doing this for over 20 years, then you would think she knows how to paint someone's nails....WRONG!!! Not even a full week went by and the nail polish began to just peel off!!! I was told the I would need to soak it off because it is so durable! Yeah right!! My mother also had the same problem....We should have turn our tails around and left when we found out she only had 3 availible colors in the Shellac!!!! Needless to say I got a call from ""nails by Roza"" to see how my nails were holding up. I told the honest truth!! I hated them! They did not ask to do my nails again...she blamed the horrible job she did on MY NAILS!!! ""well, maybe your nails cant take the shellac"" What??? I have had regular manicures that have lasted longer then this! Trust me, Do Not Waste Your Time At NAILS BY ROZA!!!! more

After buying a Groupon for Nails by Roza, I decided to give it a try. I now wish that I would never have wasted any of my time. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a nail salon. Not only is there no marking on the building that she is located in, but when I called to get clearer directions, she was very rude. I spent ten minutes on the phone with her, and when i finally found it I was very relieved. I went inside the building which looked exactly like a place that I would go for a doctor's appointment. I went to a room on the second floor. I opened the door and she tells me that I have to reschedule my appointment because I was late. I felt that this was extremely rude to say because I had spent ten minutes trying to find an unmarked building. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks sketchy (for lack of a better term) and Roza was incredibly rude. For a first-time customer, I was appalled that she would treat me this way. I returned my Groupon and i am never going to give her one cent of my business ever again. more

This is a lovely place, extremely clean and decorated very nicely. It is warm, inviting and calm. I love going here for my nails, Roza not only do a fantastic job, but she also is not outrageous in price. Very affordable, easy parking and friendly attmosfere. more

I have been going to Nails by Roza for over 10 years! The manicures and pedicures are great! My nails are beautiful- never split or break- and they look wonderful.
