Businiess name:  Tien Hong Chinese Restaurant

Review content:
Tien Hong use to be one of my favorite Dim Sum restaurants in Austin. Not Any more. My last visit was Saturday with a party of 9. The wait staff was rude and the service was horrible! To begin with, we could not seem to get tea brought to our table. When someone with a cart came to the table and we would ask for tea we were told that it wasn't their job and that we needed to ask a waiter. When we asked if the server could find our waiter we were told ""no"". Another time we were told ""I'll tell him if I happen to bump into him"". Finally one of us had to get up and go search for a waiter. Most of the Dim Sum we were served was cold. I will never return to Tien Hong and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Pros: They use to be very good Cons: Horrible service
