We love the preschool classes at AcroSports and my child especially loves Coach Stephanie. She is great with the kids and shows great enthusiasm while she teaches. I do like that they offer registration online, however it's a bit difficult to read. When I approached someone at the office counter about the schedule I was told it was online. I told them it was a bit difficult to understand and I also had questions about what class I should place my child in. They just told me that I would need to talk with my child's coach. I asked Coach Stephanie, whom I later found out was the gymnastics coordinator, and she immediately helped me find the appropriate class for my child. I think technology is excellent and can be a great convenience, however, I don't think it should take the place of customer service. I've also asked to speak to management on 2 separate occasions and they were not there. All in all, my child is happy at AcroSports and that is what matters. Big thanks to Coach Stephanie for making gymnastics the highlight of my child's week.
