Review content:
When the shop first opened it was great, but since it's opening there has been TWO price increases. This is horrible if a salon wants to keep its loyal customers. Loyalty not only comes from the customer, but the salon as well. The stylists are good, but def. not the best that's out there. I think they are taking advantage of people because they are one of the few Black salons in Austin, close to UT, and downtown. Poor college students. If one cannot sustain on loyalty to customers and has to get over to get ahead, SHAME. With the increase in clients lately, there has also been a slowness in service. They should do their booking a little better.
Pros: Okay Work
Cons: Price Increases, but no quality increase
