Holding your property for payment when they have no legal right to it, is theft by extortion. You need to document their predatory behavior and follow-up if you are right. They have been sued almost 100 times in Hamilton County in the last few years. They have lost their Bet Bus Bur rating with 39 complaints in the last 36 months and they have had at least 11 complaints with the Ohio Attorney General. Don't be afraid to file a civil complaint if you are right and watch them squirm like they do their unsuspecting victims.
