I have been renting for years, and I have never encountered a property manager as unprofessional as Grace (Senior Leasing Representative). I asked simple questions about the price of the apartment, because I knew that they had been lower for the same building a few months earlier, and she lied and denied it. Then she started screaming at me, leaning over her desk towards me and gesticulating in my face, trying to intimidate me. I had to ask her to lower her voice and told her she was being inappropriate. I was shocked at her behavior.
