Review content:
I called well in advance to ask if I could get a stylist for my particular unusual hair issue. I made an appointment and showed up 6 minutes early. The receptionist checked me in and said ""She'll be with you in a few minutes."" My appointment time came, and nothing. Five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. No one came out to apologize for the delay, no one seemed to notice me at all. Fifteen minutes is my limit overtime for such things, but I didn't leave until 18 minutes after my appointment. Pointless trip, and a little stressful. No one called to apologize. I won't go back.
