I bought a keratin blowout on living social. I made the soonest appt, which was two months away. A week before my appt, I got a message that there was a glitch in the scheduling and I had to be rescheduled. I've left two messages at the main number (which is never answered) and no one has called me back for over a week (and no one returned my previous unrelated message from over a month ago). No one answers the cell phone number I was given after numerous attempts, and there is no voicemail. Now, after waiting two months, I have to seek a refund. Don't waste your time.
