My windshield replacement turned into an exercise in frustration with them. Called up and made an appt. for the end of the week but when I arrived discovered they had ordered the wrong part. The main scheduler said he would call me back that day and let me know status of part so we could setup another apt. He never called. I called them a few days later and got excuse about waiting to hear from dealer and he'd track them down and call me back. Again, he never called. Finally called them again a couple of days later and got the same old excuses about waiting to hear from dealer for part and then claimed he'd never said he was supposed to call me back. Right. He finally was able to have one of his employees pick up the part and schedule the install a couple of days later. I dropped it off in the morning expecting it would take a couple of hours, as he had told me it would on the first install appt. 4 hours later w/o hearing from them, I called back and found out that they had only just finished it and the adhesive was supposed to dry for 3 hours and that I somehow should have known it would take 7 vs. 2 hrs. This guy seems to be a pathological liar and apparently expects people to be able to read his mind. Other than dirty marks on my dashboard, the install seems of good workmanship, but there must be other places out there that can do better and know how to run a business. They aren't worth the hassle. Pros: workmanship seems ok Cons: terrible communication and customer service
