Review content:
I called to see if one of the stylists would be able to squeeze me in as a walk-in. The woman who answered the phone explained that no one was available except the stylist that was on-call for Mondays. I asked her to call and see if it was possible to have her come in to cut my hair. I left my name and number with her. Waited several hours to hear from them but did not receive a call back. Finally I called back, and she apologized for not getting back to me right away. Fortunately, she had a cancellation and was able to get me an appointment with Julie later in the day.

I have been going to Julie since then. She does a great job with my hair, and always makes sure I'm satisfied with my cut before I go.
