The worst kennel I have ever used. Sundance Kennel is run by a mentally disturbed woman--and her attitude toward her customers and clients in inexcusable. I made a simple request--that my dogs not be sprayed down with their standard lysol ""fragrance"" and was treated to a psyhotic tirade as to why the animals must be gassed with chemicals when exited the kennel. She then accused me of lying! What happened to customer service? After writing her a check for over $300 for a week's stay--you would think I would have received a little civility!
The dogs are not permitted to leave their cramped quarters during their ""stay."" They charge now to even feed the dogs--so apparently, their fee is only room--and you have to pay extra for them to feed them the kibble you provide! Outstanding!
I will NEVER allow my dogs to stay in this facility again!
