Jay and his wife are absolutely incredible in so many ways. You are able to privately meet with them in an atmosphere that is not intimidating. I was looking to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend and the first thing he did was ask me all about her so he could get to know her better as well. After finalizing the design of the ring, Jay ""took me to school."" He taught me so many things about diamonds, even extra specifics that other places will fail to mention to you. After learning all about it, we were able to find the best diamond within my budget and the ring was created well within my time limit.
I initially visited other ring places and felt very intimidated and cornered. I loved my experience because he was all about establishing a relationship. That, combined with an incredible reputation and a professional approach, he is a no brainer for me to recommend him to anybody.
