I needed to recover data (iphoto, itunes and some miscellaneous doc files) from my iMac Hard Drive that would not boot. I inquired various places for price. These guys were courteous and very competitive. In my case, damage was related to sector problems. They completed the task at the lower end of the estimates and a quick turn around. I would strongly recommend them for any data recovery work.
Pros: Competent, Priced competively
Cons: none in my case
