When you first walk into Best Burger, you immediately walk right back out and check the sign to make sure you're in the right place. See, there's a preconceived notion about what a burger place should look like. And this place just doesn't look anything like that. The first thing you'll notice is that the whole place is covered with Japanese newspapers and pictures of sushi. You'll also notice the sushi bar and a friendly Japanese man ready to take your order. After a minute, you begin to notice that they do in fact have a burger menu and new york style hot dogs. As it turns out, it's a burger joint, sushi bar, and Korean BBQ all in one. The idea of serving ground beef next to raw fish was a bit off-putting, but I decided to go with the pastrami burger combo. Before even seeing the food, I was surprised by the weight of what I'd just been given. To my surprise, the burger was delicious. The toppings were plentiful and fresh, the patty was quite large and there was a generous portion of pastrami. It really was the best burger I've had in a long time. Steak fries accompanied the burger and they have this fry dipping sauce with a mild BBQ flavor. There was way too much food for me to eat at one sitting, and it only cost about $6.50. I highly recommend this place for anyone who likes food. I can't wait to go back there and try their unagi roll. Pros: Fresh food and lots of it. Cooked to order. Fun atmosphere Cons: Um, I guess if you're impatient and can't wait the 10 minutes for your food to be cooked that could be a con.
