I don't know how the four of us managed to shove down all the meat, sides, and drinks, but the restaurant was so brightly lit and inviting, and the spare ribs were cooked just right. The mac and cheese and string beans sides tasted so wonderful that it's like home cooking on a July 4th. My advice would be get a table, and then divide and conquer each station. The only thing I didn't like was that the bar area was too small. It was a last minute decision to go there on a Tuesday, and we had to wait for an hour with no room at the bar. But at least there are plenty of other bars nearby to have a drink while waiting to be seated. Next time, we're going back with a much bigger group so we can sample more meats.
