To start off I made my reservation for a room with a King bed and when I got to the room it had two double beds, so I called down to the front desk and they pretty much told me I was a liar and that the room they gave me was what I booked. The room itself smelled like they used 3 gallons of Lysol to try and drown out the sent of mold and mildew. It was extremely disgusting. The room they gave us was right across from the outdoor 7th floor pool. All we heard was kids screaming and yelling up till 10pm. The cost of the room was high enough and then they charge you $14 to park on top of that. I frequent Holiday Inn hotels and this was by far the worst one I have ever stayed at and will never stay there again. Oh yeah try and get from your room to the parking garage to get your car. You have to go all the way down to the lobby and change elevators to get to the parking garage. If I didn't have to give it a star to put this up I wouldn't!!!!! Pros: The only one is location Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!
