After being harassed by the answering service of another company - when I was panicked with water pouring down over a live light fixture while they told me they could not tell me what to do over the phone, I hung up on them and called Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered gave me - a single mom - advice to shut off power and water to the area, and set up an appointment for the next morning. Mike Carreira showed up on time, very professional, fixed the leak, seemed genuinely happy it wasn't a huge problem for me, cleaned up and very nicely offered me his card for any future problems. Hope I don't need him but I'd call back in an instant if i do!
