I will never go back. I ordered a drink, and it tasted like garbage. I told the waiter that I tried to drink it, but I couldn't. (I didn't want it to be a waste). It wasn't even 1/8 gone, but the waiter told me he still had to charge me. It was scratched off of the ticket, but when I went up to pay the lady (who handles the register all of the time) told me I had to pay for it. I told them I was paying for it, but I would never be back. And, in two years, I haven't. If something's not good, and your customer tells you they tried to drink it, but couldn't - don't lose a customer over a few bucks. It hurts you in the long run. My family now spends our money with Ranchito's competitor.
