Review content:
I had heard really good things from others about Zama and when I found out they could bill for PIP (auto accident) I decided to check them out when my regular therapist was out of town. I was impressed... at first. I had booked two appointments in a row and became suddenly very feverish and ill. I called as soon as I knew and cancelled my appointment that evening and the one the next day as well. I was told that in the future they would have to charge me a 33% cancelation fee if I failed to give 24 hours notice. Fine enough. When I called to make additional appointments I was told that they could not book an appointment for me because of my two late cancelations unless I gave them a credit card. I don't have any form of plastic by choice. Because of this she refused to book an appointment for me. I get that those procedures are in place for a reason, but I became ill and it was a one time thing. I could see if I had missed multiple appointments, but this was something I could not control. I would have gone back, but now I can't unless I get a bank account.
