My friends and I have been visiting the spa for many years during our annual "girl's weekend". I would best describe it as comfortable, serene and cozy ( the bathroom/locker area could be larger). I had a massage with Andrew. He did a great job and I heard the same comment from the person prior to me. I would say that the requested swedish massage was a bit more on the deep-tissue side....although Andrew did ask me if the pressure was appropriate for me...so I believe that he would have adjusted had I asked him to do so. I appreciated the fact that he did not initiate "small-talk" during my time of relaxation! I have seen several reviews stating that the front desk people are rude. Over my many years visiting, they have been nothing but pleasant. I also very much enjoyed my complimentary cappuccino while waiting.
