Every chance I get, I recommend Esspa. It's because of the people who work there. They are so polite, calm & helpful. They are there to please & to make your visit a positive one. It's because of the expertise each one of them has. Just walking in to the beautiful environment starts your experience. Being greeted by the front desk by name is so welcoming. Robert can give the most relaxing massage you could ever ask for. Dorie gives a great bamboo massage. Eva puts her heart & soul into making your facial experience one that you want to come back to time and time again. She always gives you something a little unexpected... a shoulder rub, a foot massage or her valuable advise. When she put yogurt on my face, I asked her if it was organic & yes it was actually a yogurt that I eat.
I could go on about how great Esspa is, but the bottom line to remember, we are all human & we all have difficult days, no one is perfect. Esspa goes out of their way to make things right, they are good people.
I LOVE ESSPA, they are the BEST!
