I've been to many colleges and universities and I have to say that Oakland by far is the most unorganized school I've ever attended. They try to compete with big ten schools but they can't even get their parking situation figured out, people are parking on the grass! Financial Aid is THE BIGGEST HEADACHE! The department is so unorganized it takes months to get your loans and that's only after you call them and harass them about it. This school is not top notch, why do you think they spend so much on advertising? They wouldn't have to if the word of mouth was good!
I don't recommend OU to people who ask me and I know a lot of my peers do the same.
