in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

Viking Fence showed up the next day, listened to what we said, found great ways to save us some money (noting that the posts of the one portion of the old fence just needed to be reset, and then the rotted boards switched out). They explained the process thoroughly, showed up on day one, as promised, and cleared out the old material and set the new posts. They showed up the next day, as promised, made sure the cement for the posts was properly dry, then finished the fence. A few days later a quality control member of their team showed up (not from us calling or anything, just part of their process) and inspected the fence and asked us questions making sure that we were very satisfied with our new fence.
